Course covers the theory of refrigeration, air conditioning systems. Components, superheat and sub-cool. We will spend time in the lab with hands-on instruction doing system charging and recovery, diagnostics and the importance of airflow.

Course covers residential and light commercial air conditioning systems load calculations, equipment selection and duct design. How each part of the system affects the operation and efficiency of the complete system, Designed for contractors, Sales People, Designers, and Technicians.

Course covers commercial air conditioning of 25 tons or less relating to the components, applications and installations of packaged and split equipment.

Course covers gas heating, electric heat and heat pump systems. We will discuss theory of heat and spend lots of hands-on time in the lab learning the heating system components and troubleshooting. A great class for installers and service techs.
